3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Not use the service for harassment, threats, or malicious activity
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Virtual Companions
Avatars and characters inside the app are entirely fictional and stylized, and not based on real individuals.
Users may customize these avatars, but:
- No adult or explicit content is allowed
- No attempts to imitate real persons
5. Paid Features
Some features may require subscription or one-time payments. All purchases are subject to the Google/Apple terms for refunds and billing.
6. Service Availability
The app may experience downtime, updates, or service interruptions. We are not liable for data loss or temporary unavailability.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose safety risks.
You may delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:

- Emotional or personal decisions made based on AI responses
- Indirect or incidental damages
Use the app at your own discretion.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
